Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-08-05
The rules for using MyBrickGarage. Short and to the point, because nobody reads ten pages.
1. What this service is
MyBrickGarage (https://mybrickgarage.com) is a catalogue of LEGO sets that lets you mark which ones you own. The service is run by Jakub Lipiec.
The service is unofficial and not affiliated with the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor or endorse this site.
2. Using it with and without an account
You can browse the catalogue without an account. An account is only needed to save your collection.
You create an account with an email address or by signing in with Google. There is no password - sign-in uses a one-time link.
One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold or shared.
3. What is not allowed
- Large-scale automated scraping of the site where it puts load on the server.
- Attempting to bypass security, access other people's accounts, or disrupt the service.
- Sending unlawful content, spam or bulk messages through the contact form.
4. Where the set data comes from
Set data, including numbers, names, piece counts and images, comes from Rebrickable and is refreshed automatically.
We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it. Availability and status are sometimes estimated. If you spot an error, tell us through the contact form and we will fix it.
5. Affiliate links
Sets may carry links to shops. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission. You pay no more because of it.
Such links are marked before you click them. We are not a party to your transaction with the shop and are not responsible for its prices, stock, delivery or complaint handling.
Commission does not affect which sets we show or in what order. The catalogue looks the same for sets we earn nothing on.
6. Prices and shop offers
Prices, availability and offer descriptions come from the shops and affiliate networks. Treat them as indicative: they show the state at the last data refresh, not at the moment you are reading them.
Only the price shown in the shop's basket at the time of purchase is binding. We are not liable for a difference between what our site showed and what the shop showed, nor for an offer being withdrawn.
Prices may be quoted in different currencies and do not always include shipping, customs duty or the taxes that apply in your country. Check this in the shop before ordering.
7. Your data on the site
Your collection, notes and purchase details belong to you. You can change them at any time or delete them along with your account.
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. It is run in spare time, so no specific uptime or response time is promised.
We are not liable for damage resulting from the service being unavailable, or from purchasing decisions made on the basis of the data shown. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights as a consumer.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time by writing to rodo@mybrickgarage.com. All stored collection data goes with it.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after a warning, unless the breach is severe.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify signed-in users by email ahead of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
The current version always lives at this address, with the last update date at the top.
11. Contact
For anything at all, write to rodo@mybrickgarage.com.
